Tournament System
・Qualifiers (Conducted on DAY1 and DAY2)
5-game Swiss Tournament
*Ranking will be determined in the following order:
1.Number of wins
2.Total wins of opponents (excluding the top and bottom player, considering the total wins of three players)
Top 4 players from each qualifier will advance to the main event, and in case of ties, playoffs will be conducted.
・Main Tournament (DAY3)
Single elimination tournament with a maximum of 8 participants.
Participants who pass both qualifying rounds will start from the Best 4.
Match Format
・Qualifiers
All matches are 5-point matches
Clock: 10 minutes & Delay 12 seconds
・Main Tournament
Semifinal: 9-point match
Clock: 18 minutes & Delay 12 seconds
Final: 11-point match
Clock: 22 minutes & Delay 12 seconds
All matches are eligible for JBS rating.

Please note that if both steps are not completed, the pre-registration will be considered invalid.

From April 1st (Mon), please proceed to the "Application for Participation" reception page via the announcement posted on the top page of the dedicated website.
Enter the email address registered with JBS membership and follow the entry procedures from the email you receive.
2.Payment of Entry Fee

3.Confirmation of Pre-registration Completion
Upon confirmation by the management administrator that pre-registration has been successfully completed, your name will be listed on the "List of Participants".
Please make sure to check this list. Pre-registered participants do not need to register on the day of the event.

DAY2 Qualifier : May 4th (Sat) 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Entry Procedure
Fill out the application form with your "Name," "JBS Membership Type."
Please pay the designated entry fee in cash only.
Flow until Match Participation
Confirmation of Eligibility for Participation
After completing the application, your name will be listed in the "List of Participants".
Please make sure to check it.
If your name is not listed, please contact the management administrator as your entry may not be complete.
Match Participation
Qualifiers are scheduled to start at 1:00 PM on both DAY1 and DAY2.
By 12:50 PM, the match schedule and boards will be posted, so please arrive at the designated board by 1:00 PM.
After winning a match, please report the result to the event administrator.
After ROUND5, players are free to leave, but those who have the potential to be in the top 4 should stay.
Main event participants will announce the main event tournament bracket by 9:00 AM on DAY3, so please be sure to check it and start the match as soon as both players are ready.
Awards Ceremony
Participants who place 4th or higher will be honored at the awards ceremony on DAY3.
